Event Details:
To be effective on global teams we need to be more adaptive working remotely across cultures. Over a series of three virtual Intercultural Management Roundtables, we will use Sino Associates own Cultural Style Indicator (CSI) as a framework to explore how culture affects our presence, communication and collaboration on remote teams.
How we build social connections
How we make decisions
How we think and communicate
Participants will map out their individual and company positions on each dimension, then highlight similarities and gaps to bridge. Through facilitated discussion, we will bring our personal examples of skills and best practices that you’ve used to manage and thrive on diverse teams.
In the first session in the series, we will look at how teams build “social” bonds using the first two CSI dimensions to explore style differences around the world that affect how we see our identity on remote teams and how we build credibility in new groups.
