Objectives:
In our post-COVID world many managers are now expected to lead internal learning sessions and workshops. Unlike in the past they are not just expected to pass on hard skills, but also the soft skills to manage the pressure and the changes of our "New Normal." This session will equip managers with the skills to train and share for soft skills, as well as include learning material to support building resilience for team members. This is a two-day workshop with time to practice and teach backs with feedback on the second day.
Key Learning Points:
Applying design thinking to preparing and designing manager sharing and learning sessions.
How to assess goals for learning transfer and to involve stakeholders in assessing learning targets and application.
Fundamentals training points of personal and team resilience as a launching point for managers to support team soft skills during stressful periods.
How to design and prepare 30-90-minute learning sessions that support resilience and transfer soft skills to teams.
This program includes learning assignments before and in-between sessions with peer based learning in the workshop.

Elements of Effective Learning Content - Visual, audio, kinesthetic, and reflective design elements in learning and learning content
Revision of content with feedback from learning teams and with the V,A,K,R review tables and worksheets

Continued revision and content preparation
Team based teach backs of learning content with peer and trainer-based feedback on strengths and areas to improve
