Event Details:
Successful global leadership begins with “Awareness.” For global leadership this includes awareness of cultural styles and culture’s impact on individual, team, and market behavior. It also includes an active curiosity to learn more about market place diversity, different organizational impacts and working styles that vary from team to team as well as country to country.
In this session, we will introduce the foundations to building effective multicultural teams and examine past leadership cases to systematically develop Global Leadership Awareness. In our unique roundtable format, facilitated discussions will also bring out personal examples from our participants to share best practices from their real world experience to build greater awareness of what Global Leadership looks and feels like in our busy world.
Sino Associates 3A Global Leadership Model is designed to enhance leaders’ agility in cultural integration through Awareness, Adaptation and Access. This model is introduced in a series of four roundtables.
This second roundtable focuses on building Awareness, and the following two will cover how to Adapt to diverse cultures and markets and create Access to opportunities and information on a global level. Participation in other roundtables is not necessary to understand the model or to learn more about best practices shared among Global Leaders.
